Plateaued. Competent and established, quietly aware the next season requires different growth than another book will provide. In transition. Stepping into a larger role, leaving one chapter, or sensing a call you haven't yet named. Isolated. Carrying real weight with no peers who understand it. Done with information. Done the conferences, read the books, know the gap is not knowledge. More than one of these — or something else. Please describe in the next answer.

Cohort readiness.

The Cohort runs on peer honesty. Are you comfortable bringing the kind of openness peer formation requires?*

Yes — I want this and I am ready. Mostly, but it will stretch me. I'd want to talk with Andrew about what this actually looks like.

The cohort runs January through October. Two in-person intensives in Central Virginia (day-and-a-half each, Months 1 and 6) plus monthly virtual sessions. Can you commit to that calendar?*

Yes — fully. Probably yes, with one or two known conflicts I'd want to flag. Not for the upcoming cohort — I'd like to be considered for a future one.

Investment.*

Per-seat tuition is $4,500 (payment plans available; roughly $450/month across ten months). Which fits?

Standard rate works. I'd want to discuss scholarship options. (Two partial seats a year, decided each January.)
