What sets this apart

Coaching that forms who you are while you do what you do. Because character isn’t something you can outsource.

01

Formation, not just coaching

Formation is coaching with a destination. We explore, and we build toward faithful leadership.

02

Grounded in frontline reality

This is not theory carried in from a classroom. The frameworks here were built alongside leaders in Ukraine carrying communities through war.

03

Depth before scale

High-trust, high-touch. Every engagement begins with the leader, not a template.

Who this is for

Leaders who already have capability — and need what comes next.

Faith-informed leaders

Carrying organizations, congregations, or movements through seasons that test conviction.

Formation that addresses the whole leader.

Mission-driven executives

Leading where stakes are high, resources are constrained, and performance alone won’t sustain the team.

Alignment, endurance, and the capacity to carry others without losing yourself.

Founders and senior operators

Leading in environments where the formation you need isn’t available from boards, peers, or corporate learning budgets.

Built for the rooms where complexity is the constant.

The framework is the same across faith-informed and corporate-accessible contexts. The language flexes to fit your room.

Why this work matters

The evidence runs decades deep — and it points in one direction.

Training transfers skill. Formation shapes the person. The numbers below explain the difference.

$9.6T

The annual cost of disengagement, worldwide.

Roughly nine percent of global GDP, lost every year to people showing up to work without ever being led well.

70%

Of the variance in team engagement traces back to one person.

Not the strategy. Not the salary. Not the perks. The manager. Form the leader, and you change the team.

Source Gallup meta-analysis, Managers Account for 70% of Variance
88%

Productivity gain when training is paired with coaching.

Training alone lifts productivity by 22 percent. Add coaching and that figure rises to 88. Formation is the multiplier.

Bad leadership is the largest preventable cost in the global economy. Coaching is the most evidence-backed response, with a measured return of five to seven times its cost.

A question we often start with

“What are you currently tolerating that is not forming you into the leader you hope to be?”

Three engagements

One framework. Three layers of formation.

Moroz & Co. offers three engagements — each a different depth of formation work. Start where the moment is.

Your objective might not fit any of these — and that’s fine. That is what a Strategic Initiative is for.

The conviction behind the work is faithful leadership.

For organizations

Some seasons are not about forming a leader. They are about deciding what the organization becomes.

A merger. A decline that has gone on too long. A leader leaving, or a leader arriving. This work begins with four steps that cost nothing, and only becomes an engagement if it should.

Most organizations start with the Direction Check, a short instrument that tells us whether this is a transition question, a vitality question, or something more urgent. It is free, and an honest result that sends you elsewhere is a good outcome.

He holds a PhD in Intercultural Studies from Columbia International University, with doctoral research on faithful leadership drawn from the life of Richard Stearns, former president of World Vision US.

The work in both is the same: forming people who can endure. His writing on faith, resilience, and long-term recovery has appeared in national and international outlets.
